Building a Global Consensus

ISTTT is bringing together leading surgeons and researchers from around the world to work toward a shared international consensus on Transverse Tibial Transport. Through collaboration and open discussion, members will help develop recommendations around patient selection, indications, surgical techniques and other key aspects of the procedure.

This effort is an important step toward establishing greater consistency in how TTT is understood, performed and advanced across the global medical community.

Building the Global, Non-Biased T.T.T. Registry

The registry will support ongoing research, provide greater insight into patient outcomes and help surgeons and researchers better understand the long-term effectiveness and potential of Transverse Tibial Transport.

ISTTT is working to establish an international registry that brings together TTT outcomes and research data from participating centers around the world. By pooling this information, the society can help create a stronger, more comprehensive evidence base for the procedure.
